Construction Management is the process of planning, coordination and control of a project from start to finish to meet our client’s specifications for their home, addition or renovation. We acts as the client’s prime agent responsible for management of the project from inception to occupancy. As your select construction project manager, we will take on the following task:

  • Organize for subcontractors to be present as needed.
  • Effectively Interact with suppliers and ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Supervise the progress once the work begins to make certain every component complies with the contract and consent documentation (including plans and specifications).
  • Arrange for inspections by your select professionals, for instance, the designer or architect, etc.
  • Arrange for inspections by the house inspectors at the end of each phase.
  • Answer your questions as they arise during building process, and clarify every element in the construction documents with the contractors.
  • Identify the due dates of progress payments and evaluate claims for payment.
  • Communicate with the builder and subcontractors to make sure they come back and fix any of their work that is not completed or not done properly.
  • Identify discrepancies and process them.
  • Arrange revisions to the building consent as required.
  • Arrange the final inspection for the code compliance certificate.

Through the application of knowledge of construction and management techniques, JBC Construction coordinates and manages all aspects of the project to meet the client’s requirements of function, schedule and budget. Accurate cost controls and timely updated project schedules keep the client completely apprised and informed on the project status.
